• Issuing material – Stock, Non-Stock, (Project and Surplus Material), consumables, personal protective equipment and loans from Main Warehouse Read more and Satellite Locations (CSF, Old Bechtel Warehouse, Rubb Tent 1,2 and 3, Laydown yard). • Processing returned items – items returned from surplus, cancelled jobs, items no longer required, items to be shipped, items for disposal, etc. • Updating Key Performance Indicators and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) – Collating Material Request Issue/ Return Vouchers and documents to prepare daily issue reports, updating trackers, posting of all stock issues into Maximo/Oracle and collating exceptions reports. • Creation of Non-Stock surplus into Oracle. • Processing requests from the MM ID – providing feedback within the stipulated time frame. • Complete Cycle Counts – Stock checking random inventory items selected by inventory team. Completing checks on non-stock (gas and consumables) and other required checklists and reporting variances. • Filing – collating and sorting daily reports and issue documents. • Other duties – labelling material, storing all consumable item in assigned locations, receiving of all approved deliveries outside of normal working hours, ensuring that items delivered are matched to the delivery documents, investigating variances.
