ICT Sales Executive

The ICT Sales Executive will apply dynamic, business development and sales strategies towards the management of customers’ accounts, and will be primarily responsible for selling the range of products and services offered by Laresa TSL including CCTV camera systems and accessories, motorized gates installation, computer hardware, hotel management software, point of sale systems, and other ICT goods and services. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain client business relationships by consistently assessing customers' ICT needs.
  • Demonstrate the ability to match the clients’ needs with Laresa TSL’s products and services.
  • Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically.
  • Keep updated on market trends, economic conditions, the company’s and competitors' products and services.
  • Fast-track customer adoption through interactive presentations and engagement.
  • Compile and maintain listing of potential client businesses from various sources.
  • Promote the company’s ICT goods and services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Prepare quotations and invoices for completed sales.
  • Prepare sales reports, and maintain records of business expenses incurred.
  • Arrange and ensure delivery of items, installation, and the provision of services are carried out.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased, and coordinate with Operations Executive for arrangements in resolving issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates should be between the ages of 25-45 years.
  • A degree/diploma in marketing or a related field highly desirable.
  • At least five (5) year sales experience in the retail industry; (Technology sales experience will be considered an asset).
  • Experience in the IT industry, although not necessary, will be considered a definite asset.
  • Strong skills in areas of organization, presentation, negotiation, and communication.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Software Suite.
  • Must own a reliable, working vehicle which will be used on the job.
