Requirements:

  • 5 O’ Levels including Maths, English and Accounts.

  • Business / Accounts Degree / ACCA level 1 or equivalent professional qualification.

  • Proficiency in typing, MS Word and Excel.

  • Resides in San Juan or nearby area.

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.

  • Good communication and relationship building skills.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced task environment.


Duties:

  • To assist in the filing of all documents, order entering and billing.

  • To provide quality customer service in receiving and directing company visitors, including answering and referring calls and maintaining the reception area.

  • Other duties that maybe assigned.
