Minimum Education/Training Requirements:

  • 4 GCE ‘O’ Levels or CXC General Level passes inclusive of English & Mathematics.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years processing payroll.
  • Calculating employee and company statutory payments (NIS, PAYE & Health Surcharge, Maternity).
  • Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable salaries.
  • Responsible for processing fortnightly salaries.
  • Should have basic accounts background.
  • Assisting in the entering of vouchers.
  • Assisting with sundry payables.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: must have EXCEL expertise
