Requirements:

  • Five CXC passes, including Mathematics and English Language.
  • At least one year’s experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with a penchant for detail.
  • The ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • The ability to appreciate the perspective and requirements of the client and advisor.


Duties:

  • Responds to all email and telephone queries.

  • Attends to walk-in clients.

  • Locates claims documents as needed as a result of claims queries- Re-files documents when issue is resolved.

  • Ensures that service letters are prepared and sent to the plan administrators and individual clients.

  • Performs any other related duties and handles special projects as may be requested by management.
