Minimum Qualifications, Training and Experience:

  • An Associate Degree in Business Administration OR equivalent.
  • Two (2) to three (3) years experience in an administrative capacity is necessary.
  • Experience in an Accounting environment will be an asset.
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
* Certificates acquired at foreign universities MUST be supported by certified transcripts as well as evidence that the completed programme is accredited in Trinidad and Tobago*


Duties:

  • Ensures that rational distribution of supplies is maintained.

  • Ensures that administration policies and procedures are enforced.

  • Ensures that budgets are adhered to.

  • Ensures that facilities and services for the Health Facility are maintained.

  • Demonstrable evidence to coordinate all office areas to ensure smooth functioning of the department.

  • Demonstrates the ability to ensure that facilities of the Department are in good condition.
