Requirements:

  • 5 CXC O’Level Passes including Mathematics and English.

  • At least two (2) years relevant experience.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Ability to evaluate priorities and multi-task.

  • Good organisational skills (filing, documentation flow).

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Ability to handle confidential issues.

  • Excellent communication skills (particularly oral and written).

  • Valid driver’s license with at least two (2) years driving experience.


Duties:

  • Provides service excellence to internal and external customers daily.

  • Collects and delivers all company correspondence.

  • Responsible for organizing, coding and filing loan documents and contracts whilst ensuring accuracy and completeness of contents.

  • General filing and maintaining the filing room and cabinets.

  • Transacting business at the Licensing Office on behalf of the company.

  • Assists the Credit department with field work such as:-


*visiting customers to collect and deliver documents.


* inspection of repossessed vehicles either on the compound or off site locations.


* inspection of vehicles and assessing collateral for insurance purposes.


  • Operates the company vehicle for business purposes, including management support and transportation needs.

  • Relief stock count officer.

  • Performs other related duties as required.
