Requirements:

  • 5 CXC O’Level Passes: Maths and English Required.

  • 2-3 Years Sales Experience.

  • Knowledge of Point of Sales Software.

  • Experience in Telemarketing Sales.

  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication.

  • Highly Self Motivated.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Must be a Team Player.

  • Punctual and Flexible.


Duties:

  • Service Branch Customers and Corporate customers efficiently and in a pleasant manner.

  • Prepare quotation for Customers and do the necessary follow up to ensure conversion to sales.

  • Identify customer’s needs and suggest possible solutions as soon as possible.

  • Achieve set KPIs as per Company standards.

  • Good housekeeping so as to ensure the selling spaces for the products are clean and tidy and products are well displayed.

  • Ensure correct retail pricing for all products.

  • Participate in the department’s Inventory Checks.

  • Assist in any other area as necessary in support of Company activities.
