  • Associates Degree or a Diploma in Business Administration.
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Certification in Microsoft Suite software.
  • Certification in Project Management will be considered an asset.
  • Prior experience working in a petrochemical/construction environment will be considered and asset.
  • Excellent composition, editing and proof reading skills.
  • Ability to be organized, multi task and prioritize in a fast-paced, high performance work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under critical time deadlines, reevaluate priorities, and interact with all levels of personnel.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and demonstrate initiative in problem solving, decision making and proactive approach to the job.
  • Superior organization skills with a dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
  • Must be an enthusiastic and flexible team player; willing to accept challenges.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and trustworthiness.
  • Able to handle stressful situations.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Highly skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite.
