  • Notifies salesmen of all activities relevant to his/her customer i.e. outstanding orders, complaints and concerns of customers, tool repair jobs, quotations done or to be done, phone messages or otherwise, undone deliveries or late deliveries, or problems with orders or sourcing goods.
  • Monitors and fulfill outstanding orders on a daily basis.
  • Source goods for sale at competitive prices.
  • Generates manual and computerized orders.
  • Communicates with other departments for the purpose of warehouse transfers, customer contacts, and stock ordering.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Five (5) ordinary level passes including Mathematics and English.
  • Advanced level qualifications will be considered an asset.
  • Minimum of three years experience in a similar position.
  • High degree of familiarity with popular computer software such as Microsoft Word, Windows and Excel essential.
