I have designed and marked competency-based shortlisting tools (achievement records, case studies, work samples), supported assessment centre design/administration, facilitated competency-based interviewing training for senior leaders (including Permanent Secretaries and Boards), and conducted psychometric assessments for senior judicial candidates. My client portfolio includes advisory retainers, career development and succession planning frameworks, job optimisation and process mapping (including skills gap analysis and training plans), and multi-country OD assignments (e.g., Montserrat, St. Lucia, Barbados), often working independently or as part of wider consulting teams.
